... I received this as a Christmas gift. Didn't get around to setting it up until April. Product doesn't work, is stuck on "System Start" screen. Called Tech support, and fellow said it probably means the memory is corrupted. Can't be fixed. They won't replace it, because its serial number indicates it was manufactured in April 08, so is more than a year old (even though purchased in December). I asked, "so you're telling me I should just throw it out?" He said he could not tell me to do that, of course, but it is completely useless, brand new, and Pandigital is unwilling to do anything to fix or replace it. Very disappointed. ...
