The green light indicated power was on and that's it, nothing else was doing this frame. I contacted Amazon regarding this problem they were willing to replace this item, but I was far from us and to ship this item back might cost more then item itself. I took this frame to local master to repair it, as they told me this was factory defect and the main processor wasn't working, so I couldn't repair it.
