... I purchased this frame about a year ago and it has worked very well. One thing has been a problem, however. The screen will sometimes freeze up during play if I just load folders of pictures on to it from my PC. I found after trying several approaches that if I use a new SD card, take at least one digital image and then download other images to the same folder then it recognizes the images. I use Picassa2 to export pictures to a lower resolution. I normally put images in folders depending on subject matter or date and the frame can recognize everything. ...
