... We read the reviews. We knew the risk. We hoped for the best and bought it anyway. The remote stopped working, and shortly after that the frame did, too. We emailed customer service and got no response. We sent the frame back 2 months ago and have heard nothing. We are expecting to never have it replaced by the company and the money is down the drain. When it worked, the picture was the best of the four kinds we looked at. It took some time, but we figured out how to get pictures from the computer to the frame in the order we wanted. But, that is worth nothing if the product did not function, therefore the "1" rating. ...
