... This is the first time I've ever written a product review, but I would love to save other people time and money. I purchased this as a gift for someone, and have spent way too much time trying to get it to work. The first frame came with a faulty battery in the remote. When we replaced the battery, the remote & frame worked for about 3 days. After that, it stopped reading any kind of memory card. We exchanged the frame for a new one, which also came with a faulty remote. We tried buying a new battery for it and it still wouldn't work, so frame #2 is being returned. Save your money. ...
