... It's too bad the company that sells this product lies about their customer service. Ritz Camera policy states that digital products having defects must be returned with a return authorization wi/10 days. Within 7 days and after waiting 30 minutes on hold TWICE someone put in a "request" for a return authorization - which I never received. You bet I'm angry about getting stuck with a broken $250 device for my husband's Xmas present which I supposedly now can't return. Expect the dispute from my credit card company. Buy someone else's picture frame. ...
