... I got this product to save on paper and ink when printing pictures. This way I can also share these pictures with friends that come to visit. The menu is a little confusing but not too difficult if you read the directions and play with each function for a little while. When I was setting up the pictures I was a little disappointed with the quality of the picture until I backed up to a more normal veiwing distance. Then all the pictures looked really good. One of the reviewers mentioned that some pictures may be cut off at the top and bottom and they were right. Nothing serious but with a little editing on the computer it could be fixed. So far no one has noticed the cropping unless I point it out. The sleep feature didn't seem to work at first until I realized that my TV remote was restarting the video slide show after it went to sleep. Must be a similar signal with the units remote. I liked all the different memory loading options. I also got this one because it has an internal memory. I wouldn't recommend anything smaller than 7" for around the house. This one is just about right on my end table. Smaller might be OK for your desk. While I was loading pictures I noticed a small blemish along the edge of screen. I considered returning the frame but once again when I moved back a little ways from the frame the blemish isn't even noticeable so it isn't an issue. For the price and size it is a very good value and being a brand I have never heard of before. ...
