... I had been looking for a digital keychain and reading all the reviews for several different brands. I decided on this one, because it was the only one with a one year warranty on it. Most of the reviews said it was pretty hard to get the photos programmed into the key chains. The Curtis brand is a really good name, so I hoped it would be easier to program or at least have good customer service to help me. I did have to call the customer service to figure out how to get my pictures into a file that my keychain could download from. I called about 7pm CST and there was only a short wait to talk to someone. They were very helpful. Once I figured out how to preview pictures and download them, it was easy. The picture quality is very good in my opinion. I love everything about this Curtis digital keychain. In fact, I loved it so much, I ended up ordering a total of 6 of them for my family. All of them like it just as much. My brother is going to Kuwait in September, so he was at the top of my list to receive one. I highly recommend this item. It was well worth the money!! ...
