... Ordered this based on reviews plus specs on the Samsung web site. Even downloaded the users guide to confirm capabilities. When received the item noticed there was no slot on the frame for the XD cards (which is what our camera uses). Called their tech support. They were not aware of change to spec and said there must be a shared input slot that took the XD card ! I was dubious, but continued to set up and install the item.
Noticed that the manual on the CD sent with the item was different than the one on their web site and did NOT include XD card support. A subsequent call to a different tech support person confirmed that XD is no longer supported - though none of their documentation on line reflects this even today !!!
Also their documentation of downloading pictures from the PC was confusing. Finally got it working and picture quality was excellent. However, due to lack of XD support, had to return the item.

... Amazon said that this item was available from ANTOnline for $61.73 and I ordered two of them on the 1st of May. I get a cancellation email on the "8th May" saying that the item was not in stock. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and I am leaving the country today...I didn't expect this from Amazon, don't care about ANTOnline, will have nothing to do with them in the future. There should be an effort to expedite this response from the seller and even before that..make sure that we are not mislead into thinking that the product is available and planning to buy it while it is really not...not happy at all..my first bad bump with Amazon !!! ...

The product does what it promises--show photos, so the problem is really my understanding of digital photo frames. It is one of the lower end 50-60 dollars. The problems are a. remember that one must provide their own memory stick with photos/or digital card with photos so this is an extra cost. b. I have yet to figure out the process well, it is not intuitive and I found the directions difficult to negotiate and c. most important the photos lack clarity/crispness and are basically disappointing. This is because the resolution is low end--the manufactures state what the format is so this is my fault it is just that one has no idea what the photo result will be. I ended up buying a digital photo frame more near 100 dollars and ended up with more pixels/resolution.
